Strict Vetting Policy

A face-to-face, video or phone interview (Imposter Check completed to verify identity).

Criminal records check - Enhanced DBS check and relevant overseas clearance (if necessary).

Identification: Passport, Driving Licence and name change documents (e.g. marriage and divorce certificates).

Qualifications - Degree, relevant Level 2/3 and relevant certification (e.g. first aid, autism awareness, etc.).

References: Two excellent references including most recent employer.

Date of Birth - checked against a passport, driving licence or birth certificate.

Proof of Address - Confirmed via recent documents (e.g. utility bill, bank statement).

Right to work: UK Passport/Birth Certificate or Visa.

CV check - Must be complete with any gaps accounted for.

Disqualification Declaration - all staff complete a childcare disqualification declaration confirming that they are not disqualified.
